When I originally went in, I had the car I was interested in. Got about an hour away(it was a drive for me) & it was sold. To say I was a bit upset was an understatement. But hey, cars go fast. I searched a couple cars along the drive there. While I was still driving there, they picked up the other car I wanted & had it there waiting when I arrived. When I got there I was greeted so warmly. I had the pleasure of working with Leslie. She got me in my new car, answered all my questions. The entire process was so easy. They will work with you. I could tell they wanted me to drive away in my car just as much as I wanted to. Needless to say, my first “big girl” purchase was a breeze! Thank you, Joe Machens!

Deric was super responsive and helpful during our new car search and purchase process. I had reached out in advance to test the new CX-90 and he was great at keeping me informed of when it would be available to test drive. When it came time to test drive he was ready with the answers for our questions and worked to get us a great deal on our trade in.

Adrain gets top marks for superior driving and pleasant, cordial demeanor. If service is like this all the time, Machens will have a new faithful customer. I can't rate the quality of the work until I drive in torrential rain. If the sunroof doesn't leak, quality will be "very good"!

After searching for months to find a vehicle I finally landed at Joe Machens in Columbia. They made sure that all my requests for the vehicle I was purchasing were met. I was very pleased that they gave me loaner vehicles to drive while the car I purchased was being serviced. Many dealers these days sell used cars as is and refuse to address any issues customers may have. This is not the case at Machens, I appreciate the extra steps they took to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Not an unreasonable price to begin with but they were willing to negotiate more. The personnel I worked with were knowledgeable courteous and effiicient... They gladly answered all my questions. They even delivered the car to my home and took care of paperwork there.
